VRA Membership: New reduced rates!
The strength of the VRA is its members and the supportive, multidisciplinary community we have created. To keep this community growing and vibrant, the VRA Executive Board is lowering barriers to membership by introducing new, reduced membership rates! The following rates go into effect May 1st:
Student, Retired, Unemployed, and New Member = $50
Individual = $100
VRA Advocate* = $150
Institutional = $250
* VRA Advocate memberships help offset the cost reductions for student, retired, unemployed and new members. If you’re able to, please consider joining as a VRA Advocate.
Benefits of membership include:
- Subscription to the VRA Listserv and access to MyVRA members-only portal
- Opportunity to publish in the open access VRA Bulletin without paying a publication fee
- Registration discounts on VRA conferences and workshops, including the Summer Educational Institute for Digital Stewardship of Visual Information (SEI)
- Opportunity to take on leadership roles in the organization and participate on committees, advisory groups, and task forces
